With motor sport competition, every fraction of a second counts. To build a faster car, great attention to detail is addressed towards ensuring that each component is as light-weight as possible. However, light-weight commonly leads to compromising component strength and rigidity.
The Buddy Club P-1 Racing QF wheel utilizes a unique forging technology that does not compromise strength and rigidity for a light-weight design.
The letters "QF" stands for "Qualified First", otherwise also known as "Qualifier" wheels. In the field of motor sport competition, we always use these wheels in preliminary round time attacks and the like. In order to run faster, and in order to set a tough target for our competitors to reach, we rely on the reputation and performance of the Buddy Club P-1 Racing QF wheels. We race with the very same products we offer.
- Each size is individually engineered and produced. A 15" wheel is not a scaled down 18" wheel and vice-versa.
- Aircraft grade 6061 aluminum is used and is forged using an 8,000 ton hydraulic forging machine.
- Unique forging technology does not sacrifice strength for light-weight
- Shot-peened surface for even greater strength. Powder coated finish.
