To continue to serve our international customers, Image In Motion thoroughly investigates and checks all international orders for fraud and we will prosecute to the full extent of the law. We do not supply customs tax/duty information. Please contact you local customs office to find out what laws are applicable in your country. Image in Motion includes a proper invoice for customs purposes for all international shipments. We list the actual value of the order's contents by product type.

Payment Details
Image In Motion accepts payment via Bank Wire or International Money Order in both CDN and USD funds. Please contact Customer Service for further instructions or to place an order.

*note: A $25 service fee applies on all Wire Transfer sent to Image In Motion.

International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information. Customs, import duties (if any) and local taxes are assessed when the package arrives in your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Invoices and charges are billed in CDN or US dollars. Your funding bank (International Money Order and Wire Transfers) will bill you with your home currency at the current exchange rate.

Refused Orders
Any International order on which the recipient refuses to pay duties or customs is a refused order. If the order is returned to Image In Motion, the customer is subject all applicable freight costs, restocking fees, brokerage fees and all customs and duties fees. We're happy to answer any questions you have at order time. Give us a call or email and we'll help you out. It is not our responsiblity to varify shipping addresses prior to mailing the product out. Once we get the address from you via email, that is what we will use.

Shipping Time
International shipping times are hard to estimate due to variances ranging from the distance to be traveled to customs delays. Normal delivery time is 4-10 days after recieving payment. If an item is not instock, or needs to be ordered, we will adjust our ETA accordingly.
