As you may know, the sport compact modifying industry has an abundance of parts in all different categories of vehicles and types of parts. We, at Image In Motion, try to carry as wide of a variety of parts as we can in stock, but at times it is hard to have everything in stock that is offered on our site.

Whenever a part is ordered that is not in stock, it has to be ordered direct from the manufacturer and some delays might be incurred during this process. For this reason, we issue a Sales Order, which shows the part number(s) and description(s) of parts that are not available for pickup or shipment on the same day as the order was placed. A sales order insures that we have the part on order for you and we will try to have that part in stock and ready for pickup or shipment as soon as possible.

In order to improve our communication with our customers on when their parts will be arriving, we have implemented this Order Status form. Please fill out the form with the appropriate details along with the Sales Order # that was issued at the time of ordering. If you do not have your Sales Order # or have lost it, please just fill out your name and e-mail address and we will find your most recent order.

Once the form is filled out, we will receive an e-mail and promptly respond to it in reguards to when your order will be available at our facility. Thank You.
