How does the Image In Motion store price-match guarantee work?

Which items does Image In Motion price match?
Almost everything we sell. The item must be identical, including model number. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized North America reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify.

Can Image In Motion match EBAY prices?
Yes, the item must be identical at the fixed price.

Auction items are excluded.

What is considered "proof" of price?
The competitor's current ad or web-link. We reserve the right to call the competitor's store to verify the lower price and availability of the item.

Which items aren't available for price match?
We don't price match auction items, or special events (e.g., grand opening, anniversary, group-buy, clearance or liquidation sales). We don't price match taxes, shipping fees, refurbished parts, used parts, and typographical errors.

What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?
Sometimes a retailer will advertise a very low price for a product but have only limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching. Likewise, if Image In Motino has a product that is limited in quantity it will not be eligible for price matching.

How do Image In Motion`s promo's contribute to the price match?
Image In Motion`s promos, coupons, or rebates will be excluded from calculating a price match, We'll will not deduct any promos, coupons, or rebates from price match prices.

Are quantities limited on price-matched products?
We may limit the quantities of price-matched items, particularly if the other company does. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.
