How do I track my order? |

If you have placed an order with Image In Motion, you will receive and invoice from us via e-mail stating products purchased and the proper billed amount. On this invoice, you will see an invoice number. Use that number as the reference number on the form below. Fill out the form below with all of the appropriate fields, account no. is not required. Click track and you're done. |

My Order won't track properly, what's wrong? |
| |
In some cases, even if a part that you ordered is not in stock, we will still e-mail you an invoice of your transaction with Image In Motion. If the product is not in stock, a deposit invoice will be issued. The invoice # on this invoice will not be the reference # used to track your shipment.
When your product has arrived at Image In Motion, we will issue a final invoice with the final product price less the deposit invoice amount. Once this invoice is issued, you may go ahead and use that invoice # for tracking purposes. |

How do I know if I received a final invoice or deposit invoice? |
| |
Under the item field of the invoice, it will state deposit. Under the final invoice, the item field will display the part number of the product that you have ordered. |
